Our engagement with our real estate agent, Yvonne Gallegos with John R Wood Properties exceeded our expectations. To provide context, my family and I are first-time home buyers, and naturally, we walked into this venture with equal amounts of anticipation and skepticism. The experience, after all, was uncharted territory for us, and as such, we were apprehensive about ensuring every detail was attended to with utmost attention. Before we engaged Yvonne, we had the opportunity to interact with another realtor from another agency. They were helpful, but it was only upon meeting Yvonne that we began to feel at ease.
