Mike Faulkner sold a year-round home for my late husband and me in 2013. It was not an easy thing, but he made it look easy. I attempted to come back to Pine Island by purchasing a lot earlier this year, but it was not meant to be. Mike quickly, and I mean, quickly, handled putting it back on the market and getting it sold. I came out of it unscathed. I hope to visit my former happy place in the future. Any other real estate transactions I might entertain in the area would include Mike. Thank you.
