I was extremely pleased with Denise Joyce's professional efforts in listing and selling my condo. The market at the time of my sale was stating to slow down a bit but yet she sold the condo in less than two months. My condo was sold as a turnkey and she helped us figure out the best way to list it as a fully furnished unit. Denise Joyce is an extremely dedicated to the customer. She was always there for me whenever I needed her. She immediately answered my texts or phone calls. She took her time with us when finding that perfect home that met our needs and appearance. She helped us with all negotiations with the final price of the house and always intervened for us with additional desires of my home. Denise Joyce is one of those hard-to-find gems in the business world! She is authentic and very invested in what she does, and in how she helps people. On top of that she is just a truly lovely person! She's focused and spent many hours getting to understand who I am and what I needed. When we first engaged, I really thought I would be renting (not buying) since I was new to the area and didn't have a grasp on all of Naples. In a short time, we did get to visit properties which elevated my interest. We had conversations on what the market was doing and what she felt might be a good location to focus on. She went above and beyond in every part of this process. The home I bought happened in one day. The property had popped up in my search early morning and she got me in for an appointment on my way to the airport - it happened so quickly! She wrote my offer the same day. Her follow-up, organization and knowledge about Florida real estate helped me feel better during a very intense decision-making time. She made the big deal happen and made it feel special for me all the while making sure I did everything I needed to do prior to closing AND on schedule.
