Knowing Gwen has been a pleasure. She really got to know us by listening to what we were looking for. We started looking at larger condos in the later part of 2019. Covid put a damper on everything in 2020. Gwen stayed in contact with us during quarantine to let us know she was still searching for a condo that would be perfect for us. Our primary home is in Ohio. During the quarantine we weren’t in FL for nearly 10 months. Gwen still sent videos-virtual tours of a group of new condos for sale. This past December she sent us a video of a new condo in Talis Park. She also sent a video of a virtual tour of one of the identical models so we could see what those empty rooms could look like furnished and decorated. We Instantly knew that was the one we wanted. We made an offer and it was accepted. We flew to Naples the end of December 2020. Gwen met us at the condo we purchased and also walked us through a few decorated models so we could see them in person. Breen had to return to Ohio. I was staying in Naples to complete the process of what needed done before closing. I did not know exactly what to do to fill out a Punch Sheet. Gwen could tell I needed help with things to look for. She spent hours with me going through every room to fill out that Punch Sheet with things that needed fixed. There were many other things she helped me with before we Closed on the condo. Gwen was right by my side the day we Closed on that Unit. We celebrated now owing that beautiful condo Gwen found for us. Gwens The Best at what she does…. πππππππππππππ

Gwen is one of the most tenacious women I know! She never once gave up on selling our home even when it was during the total down turn in Naples real estate ! When we started looking for a new home she had over 40 homes set up for us to choose from and see! She worked a total week with us and never stopped until we found the perfect home! Gwen was an amazing professional to work with. She was well prepared, thoughtful, and advocated extensively for us as we navigated through a complex move cross country. Not only did she help us find the right house in the right neighborhood, but also helped us manage the closing process, including coordinating all repairs and providing recommendations on suppliers for work we wanted done before we moved in. On top of that, she was an absolute delight with a positive attitude, available at any time during the day and evening to answer any of our questions. Having purchased many homes, we can say without qualification that Gwen was the best agent we’ve ever worked with we would absolutely recommend her without hesitation to any of our family or friends.

Always professional and courteous. Gwen was always quick to respond and even continued to help after the sale was completed. Gwen was by far the best Realtor that I worked with. She seemed just as excited about home shopping as I was and really helped me through the process.
