Our home search began in earnest when we met and started working with Sally Kellogg who provided invaluable expertise and experience. We learned a great deal from Sally as we toured many different types of properties. Over time, and with her assistance and instruction, we began to get a lay of the land as well as narrow down what type of property would best suit our needs and budget. We found her to be patient and understanding with us throughout the process--something we certainly appreciated! We also enjoyed her company! Wouldn't you know it--we found a property that suited us when Sally was away. At that point we met Julie, who guided us through all the logistics of finding a loan officer, placing a bid, and everything in between on the way to closing. Julie answered our numerous questions--and sometimes the same question again and again! She held our hand through the process and explained how things worked. She (and Sally) are both excellent communicators and we relied on their expertise. We were happy that they both attended the closing to celebrate with us. We remain grateful for all the help they gave us. Working with Sally and Julie has been an enjoyable experience for us. We salute them!

Julie was awesome!!! As an out of town buyer building a new home Julie went above and beyond. She texted us weekly photos of the house progress to help ease our concerns over building a new home and not being there to see it happening. She even caught some errors that the builder made that would have been very difficult to reverse has they not been caught early on the process. Very appreciative and satisfied! Julie represents your company with the utmost professionalism. We would recommend her to anyone needing a realtor. She was organized, timely and we always felt we were informed throughout the 8 month transaction. Since we were not able visit the site Julie would walk the property and video the progress, this gave us a great sense of reassurance. We would choose Julie as our representative for any future transactions.
