My wife Mary and I have known Kellie and Mark since 2015 when they sold our home in Naples. First, they advised us to remodel our kitchen, paint and update light fixtures. It sold soon after that. Then they advised us in purchasing another home in Naples that same year. We only lived there for a couple years, and they sold that home fairly quickly. Then we purchased another home in North Naples and sold it with them in just three months. Kellie and Mark are great at working with the buyer's realtor, which was very much needed with our latter house, and working with inspectors to ensure we don't pay for any issue that doesn't require fixing. But the most important things they did on our latter sale was to stage it when we were gone, dispose of items we didn't need, interact with our Caretaker, clear the fridge out, etc. We will use them again if we ever come back to Naples.

My experience with Kellie was excellent. Not only has it been a long time since purchasing a home, I am not from Florida and knew little about navigating the transaction process here. Kellie was professional and extremely knowledgeable. She provided all the information I needed in a clear and thorough manor - and I found her recommendations for outside services were valuable. Kellie and Mark went above and beyond in making themselves available, providing helpful tips and I am grateful!

I worked solely with Kellie on buying my house. This is a difficult market for buyers in SW Florida as you need to move quickly when a property goes on the market. I started my search with Kellie while I was still in Kentucky. It quickly became apparent to me that I needed to be on-site in Bonita Springs in order find a house that I liked and could afford. Kellie was terrific to work with. She is very knowledgeable about the market in SW Florida and worked tirelessly every day until I closed on the property. Kellie is very organized and extremely responsive. This is the third property Kellie has helped me buy and I don’t think it will be the last. Kellie is simply the best!
