What a pleasure working with Shannon! Totally professional; she crosses all her T's and Dots all the I to make the purchase our dream condo happen. Communication is definitely her strong suit! She is responsive and we always got a prompt informed response when contacting her. We had a european trip planned for 2 days after hearing about this listing and we were at our home in the north. She promptly facetimed us through the unit ands probably showed me more details that I would had observed if I had actually been there. She made the deal happen, overcoming obstacles when they arose. Because of her excellent skills she was able to get the seller's cooperation even when the seller's own broker met impasses. Shannon went the extra mile for us;even using vibe, [an internet connection], to speak to us daily on our trip. We give her our highest rating!!!!
