Susan Wall was awesome from start to finish. Coordinating the sale from the Chicago area, we weren't sure how to find an agent and decided to go with Susan as she had recently sold a home on the same street. We were confident in our choice after speaking with her. Susan had great knowledge of the area and she had a good sense of how to best prepare and show the property. We probably needed more help than the average seller due to the challenges presented by the pandemic. Susan was always there to help and responded quickly to requests/needs. We had a great offer within a week and a smooth closing due to her preparations. We would use her again and recommend her to family and friends.
