Tom Grifferty went above and beyond on the sale of the life estate. It was a very unusual situation and Tom was a great help to me. I appreciate all his time on this sale and hard work.

Tom Grifferty and his team were a joy to work with and I would highly recommend them. They were all involved with our listing and fully engaged in the entire process. Our agent, John Burdick, was outstanding and we received many nice compliments about him from buyers agents seeing the house. A seamless engagement all around, thank you all!!

Tom Grifferty and Kim Basa have been been incredibly amazing to deal with from start to finish!! We can't say enough wonderful things about them both!! Tom not only answered all of our many questions with patience and expertise, but he also gave us lots of additional advice that was way above and beyond being our realtor! We are from out of state and know very little about Florida - so we relied on Tom for everything!! Tom recommended contractors and other service providers to us -- and every single one of them have done an outstanding job for us! Thanks to Tom, Kim, John and their entire group - we closed on our dream home last week!! We can't say enough great things about the Grifferty Group!! They have our highest recommendation and we will definitely refer all of our family and friends to them!!!
