Tracy did double the work by helping the realtor on the other side of the deal! She was able to keep the sale together by using creative options when buyer had problems with getting a mortgage on time. I would tell all my friends to use her. This was the 3rd sale she has done for me.

Tracy did exceptional work for us, both in terms the rapid sale of our existing home and then in identifying, after much searching, a potential, but not quite ready, owner of of exactly what we were looking for in a new home. This is the third time using Tracy. This time it was a tough closing because my buyer in Clearwater Beach postponed the closing 5 times! I had to hire a attorney & Tracy recommended a several & I chose the right one. She kept the transaction together for my Naples purchase and helped me to unpack and hang pictures! She is GREAT!
