Absolutely every part of the selling experience was handled quickly, efficiently, and professionally. The entire process from listing to closing was handled in less than 90 days. Selling information and communication was impeccable, resulting in a very simple process for myself as seller. At the end of the day, I felt the selling price agreed to was above and beyond what I assumed it would be, especially from what I viewed as a market that provided a lot of inventory.
