We have worked with Jill Kushner in the past when we sold our previous condo in 2014 following a very difficult housing market. When we contacted Jill for this recent purchase, she guided us through the process of finding, negotiating, and purchasing our new condo without having seen it in person. We met Jill Kushner when looking at one property in the Colony which didn't meet our needs, but based on our description of interests she guided us to another property which was coming on the market which had a location and floor plan we wanted in Pelican Landing. Based on our experience there, we went with her and J R Wood to sell our original residence also in Pelican Landing. That property went for sale during rapidly changing market conditions in 2023 and early 2024. She and Sally stayed with the process and multiple price changes including one failed sale, continuing to show the property until we finally sold it thirteen months later in early May 2024. We had many strategic discussions along the way that helped guide a rational decision making process which I appreciated. I would definitely use J R Wood, Jill, Sally, Angela and the rest of your team again and will recommend them when I can.
