We listed our Florida land Property with Bob Kapish last year. I am from NY and was not very familiar with the land type and challenges that occur with land sales in Florida, especially land that has some wetlands. He was very thorough and informative all the way through listing the property , getting a land study done (DEP) and getting offers and finally closing of the sale. We had many hurdles and extensions due to the requests by the buyers, but Bob kept us up to date every step of the way. Although I have no immediate plans to sell or buy property in Florida, but if I ever do, I would definitely use Bob and John R. Wood Properties. I will also recommend him to anyone i know that may be looking to buy or sell property around Naples.

Bob Kapish brokered the sale of my 40 acre property in Naples and I could not have hoped for a better, more qualified person to represent me. He marketed my property in a well orchestrated campaign and always stayed in communication throughout the process. Bob Kapish assisted me in searching and purchasing a condo in Naples in 2014. He was very knowledgeable, proactive and made the searching and purchasing process enjoyable.
