How to find the right property to purchase in Naples, FLorida? Go to Cheryl Turner at John R. Wood Properties. We were very pleased to have friends recommend Cheryl To us. "Call Her and she'll get teh job done for you!" They said. Cheryl sure did. We gave her an impossible list of what we were seeking in a home, and she delivered. Inthe end it vecame apparent that she knew us better than we knew ouselves. She was particularly adept at finding out what made us tick so she could make the deal tock. Not only did she put together a finely-tuned list of homes for us to see, she sent us daily updates of other properties for our review. I always thought I was an organized person. Well, Cheryl's organizational skills are in a much higher universe. For ezample, for our home visits, she put together binder with copious informaiton about each proeprtiy with areas highlighted and aligned with our special interests.

Cheryl's expertise went far beyond just selling us a home. She really connected with us as people. She really listened whe we spoke. She obviosly wanted to find out who we are. Accordingly, she provided large amounts of information about recreation, dining, shopping, area history and points of interest. She even provided information about dog friendly stores and restaurants! She trully is a one stop rewource. Sometimes months would elapse between our visits, and Cheryl would always remember some special interest of ours. Never, not once, did we get the impression that there were other clients with which she was working (and she had a bunch!) Never once did we get the impression that our price range (which was very modest) affected our relationship. She gave us million dollare service for a much lower asking price.

Cheryl Turner was the ideal realtor. She advertised our condo in many newspapers and periodicals. She made a pictorial brochure which was professionally photographed, showing off every room in our condo. She showed endless energy, working very hard to sell the property.
