My wife and I were introduced to Juliane through a common friend about 3 years ago. We have been shopping in various areas of Southwest Florida for home since then. Juliane was always accommodating and provided lots of information on homes that were available everywhere between Cape Coral and Naples Florida. Juliane helped convince us that Naples was the spot for us and we moved aggressively toward finding a property. We worked hard to find the right property and finally got an accepted offer on our 7th property. We bought the property sight unseen. Juliane was there with us the whole way from inspection to closing to finding a contractor to remodel the condo before we will ever see it.
