Karyn Samuel was amazing to work with on the purchase of our first home! She was extremely knowledgeable, patient, and kind. She was always available to answer questions and made us feel at ease. She guided us through every step of the home buying process. She has great connections in the community, which was very helpful to us as newcomers to the area. Her personality was a perfect match for both me and my husband. We highly recommend her! While we hope to never move again, she is the only person we would call upon in the future for any real estate needs.

We had a wonderful experience working with Rowan Samuel. He was extremely knowledgeable regarding the Naples region and he listened to our desires and goals in finding us the best community to suit our needs. We came down for a week to search out a second home and he was always timely, available and especially personable to work with. He never pressured us to buy and always provided us as much information as he could on the various areas we were looking at. I would highly recommend him as good listener, kind hearted, and extremely professional. We would definitely use him again in the future!!!

I can't say enough about how helpful Rowan was during the entire process of selling my parent's condo! From my initial call to set up a meeting to the final closing, his knowledge and professionalism far exceeded my expectations. He was readily available to answer any questions that arose and helped guide us through the selling process. And considering the fact that we live in Illinois and the condo we were selling was in Florida, this was even more impressive! The marketing materials he prepared were beautiful and professional and his efforts resulted in a quick sale! I highly recommend working with Rowan!

Rowan Samuel is the very best real estate agent we’ve ever worked with and I doubt if we would own our house if he hadn’t taken us under his wing and helped us every single step of the way. It is daunting to come into a huge housing market, like Naples, and try to identity neighborhoods that you might like, so having an agent like Rowan is like having the keys to the kingdom…he’s been everywhere, he knows (or will find out) what the choices and the fees are, he knows what to look for and what to avoid, he has contacts in every service, he’s unflappable and, best of all, he is incredibly patient! We were all over the map so he listened to what we wanted, what we like to do, and what we thought we could spend. Over the next few days he identified the communities that could be a good fit. Then he gathered information about those communities and took us on a couple of tours so that we could see the facilities, get a sense of the housing stock, and where the areas were in relation to the parts of Naples that we already knew. From that point onward we were able to focus on realistic choices in neighborhoods that he helped us identify. As they say, the rest is history. Of course there were little snags, but he solved them, of course we panicked at one point, but he talked us back off the ledge…and, as I said in the beginning, he is just the best! We can’t thank him enough for how he used his knowledge, diligence, tenacity, follow through and sense of humor to help us buy our Naples home!

Rowan was absolutely the best choice we could’ve made in Naples! He had all of the research of the Naples area and the competition and explained it to us thoroughly. We had every confidence that he was going to get the best price for our house. He was conscientious and followed up and kept us apprised at every step. I would highly recommend him.
