Juliane Callis went above and beyond to help us long distance sell our family property. She is ABSOLUTELY EXCEPTIONAL at helping ensure one receives the maximum pricing for a property - she is extremely attentive making you feel like you are her only client, very detailed, transparent in communication, wonderful with negotiations, extremely responsive to all calls and concerns and any needs to ensure a smooth transition- We loved her so very much as both a professional and a wonderful person ( we had never met her before this business relationship) . We can't say enough about Juliane and the job she did for us. We recently purchased a condo in Heritage Bay. We are from the Chicago area and were looking for a place seasonally and for rental purposes. Juliane took the time to listen to our needs and worked with us the find the perfect place. Since we are from out of town, this created some challenges. She started our initial search in different communities. She personally looked at places and 'face timed' for us to get a feel for what was available. We had lots of phone conversations and she sent us all kinds of listing that fit our criteria. When we decided to come down, we ran into some travel snags and she kept our appointments and viewed a number of properties without us and weeded out some listing that weren't really good fits. Because she had a good feel for what we wanted, we completely trusted her opinion. By the time we made it in town our search had been narrowed down to the best properties. Although we liked the properties that were narrowed down, we still decided we wanted to look at some other communities. We came down another time and she filled up a complete day of showings to make sure we were happy and making an informed decision. Ultimately we decided on one of those original listings! She consulted us on the offer process, gave us ideas on how to structure our offer and ultimately we secured a property for a great price. As we went through the process of closing, she was with us every step of the way. Juliane gave us recommendations on partners to use for our attorney, insurance, home inspection and rental agents. All who played a valuable part in the process. We experienced some challenges with financing and the required documention for our bank. She contacted our HOA, followed through with their insurance company to retrieve documents in a timing manner. She worked tirelessly on our behalf to make sure everything went smooth. Since we were out of town, Juliane went to our home inspection and final walk through. I'm not sure, any of this is normal but it saved us all sorts of time, money and piece of mind. She even came to our closing. We can't say enough about Juliane! She was very diligent with our search. Took the time to listen. Gave us honest feedback. She really was our advocate during this whole process. We really appreciated everything she did for us; before, during and after the sale. And we're super excited for our new chapter in SWFL.

Juliane actually made our house buying experience fun! We were a bit nervous to purchase a house in a state in which we didn’t currently live. Her thorough communication (including frequent Facetime sessions) put us at ease. She took the time to get to know our family, listened (and heard!) even our smallest and most ridiculous requests, and was able to narrow our search to only the homes that fit our needs. This simplified the process, kept us from becoming overwhelmed, and (most importantly) helped us find our new home quickly. I write this review from the lanai of our literal dream home!

Juliane was a wonderful broker. I highly recommend her. She was a great personality and is easy to work with. She stayed with us as we attempted to gain knowledge of the Naples housing market. She face-timed with us to show us places. When we decided that we wanted to wait until we could see properties in person she was patient with us and did not give up on us. During our Naples visit she scheduled visits to the communities we were interested in even if they did not have properties for sale so we could see the community in person, meet people and gain confidence in our selection of community. When a place came available during our visit to Naples she helped us put in an offer that was attractive to the seller so the deal went through.

Julianne was extremely capable to execute in an extremely non friendly buyers market. This is difficult to do and Julianne was brilliant in each of the facets of the transaction. We are grateful for her experience in the market and process.
