I do not believe this home would have sold without Suzanne's assistance. The home was bank owned w/numerous issues. Suzanne returned to the home a number of times to deal with each and every issue that continued to materialize during the listing period. When I was ready to throw in the towel, Suzanne kept it together. She is highly motivated, knowledgeable and well connected when something needs to be repair. There is no doubt in my mind that we will work together again soon.
