Selling my property was not an easy decision. I had owned it for over 20 years, and it held so many memories—it was a true part of my life. But the time had come to close that chapter and begin a new one in England. Even though it’s bittersweet to leave Naples, the experience I had with Kara Heaslip definitely helped make the transition easier. When I was considering selling, I immediately thought of Kara Heaslip with John R. Wood. One of my dear friends, who lived in the same neighborhood, had sold his home through Kara a few years ago. She sold it in just 48 hours. He was so impressed that he told me, and I quote, “If you ever decide to sell your property, the only realtor you need to contact is Kara Heaslip.” He couldn’t have been more right. Kara listed my property and had it under contract within just six days. She is a consummate professional—an absolute pleasure to work with, with endless knowledge of the real estate market and a wealth of creative ideas to market the property. I felt completely confident in her hands every step of the way. I’m so thankful to my friend for recommending her—Kara truly exceeded every expectation I had. If you’re thinking about selling your home, I cannot recommend her highly enough. Yours Truly, B. Cutler
