Bob is a great agent. He helped us buy our home in Bonita Springs. My husband and I were in Ohio. I asked Bob if he would go look at a new community called Paloma and give me his opinion on the location and the homes being built in Paloma. We did build a home there 4 yrs ago . Never having any regrets. He was there when we made the purchase and at closing. . Bob was always available to answer questions and give us needed advice. Bob is an amazingly patient person. Kind, well mannered, and willing to go above and beyond to accommodate myself and my 93year old Mother. His expertise and experience was so very welcomed as we traveled thru many ups and downs of finding the right home as well as doing all the footwork and paperwork. You are a very fortunate company to have him on your team. I myself work in sales an know the value of a trust worthy sales person. He is an awesome person to be around and where ever I go I share his business card. If there were 10 Stars that is where he would be rated but I guess the 5 stars will have to do !! We rate Bob "excellent." Bob was a pleasure to work with. He was prompt, detailed and had excellent follow through. At the first meeting, he presented us with an orange binder with all the information we would ever need to make a decision. In addition, there was a copy of the Sunday paper and chamber of magazines on Naples and surrounding areas. He was gracious showing us house after house and we narrowed it down and finally bought. He is the best agent we have ever had!

Bob was an excellent choice for us in our Florida home search. He was very professional, detailed and prompt with answers to our questions.
