Juliane is amazing. I couldn't ask for better service. She listened to my desires and needs and found the perfect house for me. Once I got serious about buying, it only took us 2 days to make a decision and put in a contract. She stuck by my side throughout the whole mortgage and closing process. She was my go-to person the entire process. Even when it should have been the mortgage guy's job to do, she stepped in when I was getting dissatisfied with him. When I arrived at my new house from out of state, she left a wonderful welcome greeting of household and food supplies. This was very refreshing after 2 days of driving with 2 dogs and lots of stuff to unpack! It's been 2 months since I moved into my wonderful Naples home and Juliane still checks in on me to see how I'm doing and if I need anything. I not only gained a great realtor, but also made a new friend. I feel so blessed have met and worked with Juliane. If you want someone that really knows the Naples areas, has a keen sense of her customer and their desires then call Juliane. You won't go wrong with her representing you.
