Why Work With Us?
Here's what our satisfied customers are saying about us:
We appreciated the effort Jill puts into helping buyers find the right fit. Her guidance was invaluable. Her patience and speed in answering questions we had thru the course of our search was commendable. When we did make a purchase offer, she helped us to quickly get the inspections completed and issues remediated. With her outstanding support we were able to close on the condo we selected in a short period of time. The staff assisting her made the transaction flow smoothly.

We had excellent experience with Jill. The only disappointment was at the closing. No one of your company was present at the time of closing. The appointment at the title office was at 2 pm. and we did not leave until after 4 pm. It appeared that not all the paperwork was ready as yet. This was the only disappointment. Working with Jill Kushner was a very good

Jill is best of best where real estate agents are concerned. She gives personal attention to her clients and does the utmost to be certain they get the best representation possible. I had total confidence in Jill since she seeks out the most reputable people to represent her as assistants and closing agents.

Jill was the sellers agent but we felt she did a terrific job for us as well. Very knowledgeable. Amy was our agent and represented us on the sale of our home as well. The space is inadequate here to list all the good things about Amy. She started out as our agent and ended as our friend. Both agents did a wonderful job and would highly recommend them to others either buying or selling.
