We are so excited with the purchase of our seasonal Condo in Naples, Florida and can’t thank Lisa Johnson enough for making it happen. From our first meeting at the open house, she exuded professionalism, good humor, patience, understanding, and diplomacy. Her “down to earth” attitude was very real and refreshing! It was quite obvious at the onset we weren’t sure what we wanted or if we really wanted to buy. Even so, Lisa assured us that she would continue to work with us, regardless how long it took. There was never any pressure! Once we decided on the Condo, Lisa made the always difficult and challenging tasks of securing a loan, negotiating a contract, and closing on time, much less stressful than any of our past experiences. Lisa is Amazing. She went above and beyond! The closing on our home was not typical in any way, even our Attorney said they had never seen a closing so complicated! However, Lisa was on top of things at every turn, she kept us informed and showed concern. She is very professional and knows how to get the job done! Lisa was tremendous..kept us informed on the property and when we were ready to buy, she prepared all the forms, kept in touch continuously via the phone, provided suggestions for the needed resources to assist us in evaluating what was needed on the property and finalized everything through the inspection process, walk-thru and closing.
