Michael Soulard was excellent throughout and even after the purchase of our condo in The Strand. Being an out of state buyer we relied on Michael's referrals, from our inspector to the closing process, he assisted with excellent business contacts and referrals. Extremely professional and his follow-up, even through a hurricane, through any portion of the sales process was just outstanding.

I can't say enough good things about Michael Soulard and Darlene Spars. He represented us as both as buyer and seller which was very helpful to us and certainly simplified everything during this stressful time. They were both very knowledgeable about the senior living community we were buying into and that helped us make our decision as well. I think what I appreciated most was when I had a question or concern and texted or emailed, one or both answered me immediately and didn't leave me wondering. As busy as they both obviously were, they were never too busy for me. They were professional yet friendly and made us both comfortable in our decisions. We joked and laughed together. Michael Soulard significantly exceeded my expectations. He immediately picked up on my sense of urgency to get our house and lot sold. He met me at the house the day after our first conversation, which was a Saturday. He listened to our thoughts and ideas on selling the house and shared ideas of his own. He was creative in his approach and patient with us as he talked through the pros and cons of each idea. Michael had professional photos taken and our properties listed by the end of the week. We were under contract by Sunday. This was an emotional time for my sister and I due to the recent loss of our Father and Brother. Michael was sensitive, professional and a true advocate for us through the listing, negotiating and closing processes. I have already recommended him and will continue to do so.
