For a couple of years we were carrying a dream in our heart - to own a house in SW Florida. However as always in life there are so many ups and downs that we never managed to let our dream come true. On top Covid 19 kicked in. As we are Europeans out of a sudden we were not allowed to enter the US any longer. Our dream to own a house in Florida was close to die. Nevertheless Petra kept on sending us updates on the housing market and latest news. She never gave up!! Then the magic happened. We managed to get approval to enter the US in fall this year and we understood immediately „now or never“. As soon as we touched ground we contacted Petra to discuss and explain our plans for our dream home. There is one thing we would like to draw anyone’s attention to. We had asked Petra to show us regular houses, but in addition Petra showed us other options such as gated community which we had never thought of before. It turned out to be the best that could have happened to us. We love the idea of gated lifestyle and finally in Valencia Bonita we found our dream home. We signed two days later. Petra has done such an excellent job during the entire period which at the end let our dream come true. Petra, THANK YOU!

We first met Petra at an open house a couple of years ago. We didn’t have a realtor at the time and told her the type of home and location we were looking for. Over the next two years, she would send us market updates, houses that came on the market, etc. that fit our criteria. In May 2019, we saw a house in Logan Woods that we really liked and we immediately contacted Petra about putting in an offer. At the time, she was on vacation in Germany but that didn’t prevent us from presenting an offer that was very quickly negotiated and accepted. We had numerous calls with her in the middle of the night in Germany and she was always available and responsive. Once back, she coordinated a number of activities for us including retaining a lawyer, inspections, pictures and room measurements. This was in addition to providing advice on the many aspects of buying a house. Petra was terrific in all regards and I would highly recommend her for any one in need of a realtor.
