Very rarely do I take the time to comment on a business transaction. A few months ago we decided to move from Bonita Springs, Fl where we have wintered for over 20 years to Naples. We selected Mimy von Schreiner and her team, "Partners in Paradise" to handle our home purchase. We were familiar with their work and we could not have been more pleased with the outcome. We gave them our parameters and waited a couple of days for them to find us what we wanted. We looked in 4 communities and were able to find something right away. Mimy, Kate and John handled all the details and we are very happy with our new home. Finding a property is difficult enough when all goes well, and they made it even easier.

My wife Donna and I were most pleased to have Mimy and her partner Kate represented us in the search for a second home in the Naples area. Mimy Von Schreiner and Kate Del Gatto, what a team! We listed my mother’s home in Bonita Bay with these two and couldn’t have asked for a better experience. This house was filled with great memories for our family, so we had mixed emotions about our decision to sell. Mimy and Kate never lost sight of that. They were there from the beginning as we started to pack things up and stage the house to sell. What should stay to show off the beauty of this home? What should go to eliminate clutter? We returned to Michigan and left our mother’s Florida home in the competent hands of these two incredible women. We were confident it would be taken care of and always ready to show at its very best. Offers began to come in and Mimy & Kate were great negotiators. They answered our questions and gave us wonderful and thoughtful advice. The process was handled long distance, but we always knew we had professional representation and our very best interests were their top priority. The family history was always respected, but Mimy and Kate made sure our hearts didn’t get in the way of good decisions. In the end the house sold to another great family ready to make it their own and build their memories just as we had. Working with Mimy and John is like working with your best friends, they both get to know you, learning your preferences and work tirelessly to ensure you have the best experience with the most satisfying result possible. I have now sold my condo (for $30K above list!), and bought a single family house using their services, and I cannot adequately express how happy I am and how amazing they both are, they go above and beyond, and I freely admit that when I was looking for a house I had a wish list that made life difficult for them, but they found me a house that checked every single item off that list, which I thought was an impossible ask. Even after I closed they both have continually checked in with me to make sure I have everything needed to get settled and set up in my new home. I would highly, highly recommend working with them both, they are phenomenal!
