Even waited for a delinquent contractor for 5 hours to ensure the closing process was flawless. We met Tade & Emily at an open house. We were "just looking." We just wanted to see what was available, and planned to possibly buy in a year or two. Tade was very easy to work with, and never at all pressured us into making any decisions. When we showed interest in this particular house, she even suggested we see some similar houses to be sure we were making the best decision for us. We stuck with the original house, and Tade made the whole transaction the easiest and quickest of any house deal we've ever made. She always responded quickly to all of our requests, and gave us all the information we needed to buy and learn all we needed to about the house and neighborhood to make the move smoothly and easily. We have a house we plan to sell soon, and we've already asked Tade to handle the sale for us. She has proven to us that she puts her clients first before, during, and after the sale. Very knowledgeable and professional. A tremendous help getting preclose repairs done with excellent contractors . The fact that Tade lives in Mediterra was a huge plus for us to get a complete overview of the community and how it compared to other areas we were interested in. Tade is the most efficient, honest sales person I've met in Naples. She organized the transaction expeditiously and inexpensively. I would recommend her to anyone for either side of the transaction and any price range.

Tade is professional in her work and an effective communicator. She would call or write when there was something to say or discuss and would always provide feedback on showings and open houses. I would work with her if we ever come back to Naples area.
