Overall, we're pleased to say that John R. Wood Properties ranked #55 in RISMedia's 2023 Power Broker Report out of the top 1,000 Power Broker Firms in the country. That ranking was driven by the $4,595,790,333 in residential sales reported by John R. Wood Properties in 2022. This also continues a strong recent trend after finishing #51 on the list in 2022 with $5,564,298,390 in total residential sales volume. -
Total Transactions
The RISMedia 2023 Power Broker Report also takes total transactions into account, and John R. Wood Properties finished #132 in total residential transactions completed. That data includes transactions for both buyers and sellers across 2022. -
