Closed sales in August totaled 1,780, up 2% from the same month last year. Year-to-date sales reached 18,004, a 14% increase over last year.
New listings continue to trail 2025, down 4% in August and 10% year to date.
As of August 31, inventory had declined for the sixth consecutive month, falling to 10,713 properties — down 7% from July and 19% from a year ago. Months of supply fell to 5.15, its lowest level since October 2023.
