John R. Wood Christie’s International Real Estate Climbs to No. 35 in RISMedia’s 2025 Power Broker Rankings
NAPLES, Fla. (April 15, 2025)—John R. Wood Christie’s International Real Estate has been ranked No. 35 in RISMedia’s 37th annual Power Broker Report, moving up 11 spots from its previous No. 46 ranking. The yearly report ranks the top real estate brokerages in the United States by residential sales volume and transactions.With a total sales volume of more than $4.79 billion, a 15% increase over the prior year, John R. Wood continues to lead in Southwest Florida. The firm also reported 4,704 closed transactions in 2024, up 11.9% year over year.

John R. Wood was previously ranked No. 46 with $4.17 billion in total volume and 4,204 closed transactions for 2023. This year’s increase in both categories signals renewed growth and momentum in a shifting market.
The Power Broker Report is widely recognized as one of the industry’s most trusted benchmarks, ranking firms by sales volume and transaction sides. According to RISMedia, the 2025 report reflects an industry regaining strength despite headwinds including low inventory, inflation and interest rate challenges.
