NAPLES, Fla. (March 18, 2025)— John R. Wood Christie’s International Real Estate celebrated its top-performing associates and 2024 closed sales volume of $4.5 billion, more than $1.6 billion ahead of its nearest competitor, during its annual award ceremony held Thursday, March 5 at The Ritz-Carlton Naples, Tiburón.

The well-attended event included the company’s agents, management and staff. 2024 marked the fourth consecutive year the firm has led all residential real estate brokerages in Collier and Lee County residential sales. The multibillion-dollar company, recognized as Christie’s International Real Estate’s 2023 Affiliate of the Year, is 100 percent owned by the founding Wood family and led by CEO Phil Wood and President Corey McCloskey. It specializes in southwest Florida, conducting business only in Collier and Lee counties.

Doug Grant / The Grant Group from the Fifth Ave. Office received the President’s Award for the highest company-wide sales volume in 2024. 

Additionally, 11 John R. Wood REALTORS® were honored with Elite Awards for achieving closed sales of 50 million dollars and over; 24 agents were honored with Diamond Awards for achieving closed sales of 25 to 50 million dollars; 42 received Emerald Awards for closed sales ranging from 15 to 25 million dollars; 46 agents received Platinum Awards for achieving closed sales of 10 to 15 million dollars; and 113 received Gold Awards for closed sales of five to 10 million dollars.

The company’s top transaction for the year was .95-acre Port Royal property at 3675 Fort Charles Drive which sold last September for $36,490,000. According to data from the Southwest Florida Multiple Listing Service (SWFLA MLS), the transaction represented the highest-priced sale of non-Gulf frontage homes in Port Royal in more than 19 months (since February 2023), and the second highest-priced sale of non-Gulf frontage Port Royal homes ever reported in MLS. Among all Port Royal homes, it was the highest-priced sale since February 2023, and the sixth highest-priced sale ever recorded.
