Firm tops Southwest Florida market by nearly $1 billion in 2025; 4,252 transactions cement fifth consecutive year of leadership

NAPLES, Fla. (March 3, 2026) — John R. Wood Christie’s International Real Estate celebrated its top-performing associates and milestone achievements at its Annual Awards Celebration of Excellence on Thursday, Feb. 19, at The Great Wolf Lodge | Southwest Florida. The event recognized agents whose performance helped the company achieve $4.1 billion in closed sales, surpassing its nearest competitor by nearly $1 billion, based on data from the Southwest Florida Multiple Listing Service (SWFLA MLS)*.

In 2025, the company closed 4,252 residential transactions, marking the fifth consecutive year it has led all residential brokerages in Collier and Lee counties. A 100 percent family-owned company operating exclusively in Southwest Florida, John R. Wood Christie’s International Real Estate is led by CEO Phil Wood and President Corey McCloskey and was recognized as Christie’s International Real Estate’s 2023 Affiliate of the Year.

The awards presentation highlighted top associates across the firm’s offices, recognizing Gold, Platinum, Emerald, Diamond and Elite Awards, which honor agents, small teams and large teams achieving signifi cant closed sales milestones over the past year. Special awards also acknowledged extraordinary transactions and exceptional client service.

Top Award Winners:
• The Earls | Lappin Team of Bill Earls, Larry Lappin and Aaron Earls received the President’s Award for the highest company-wide sales volume in 2025.

• Two small teams, eight large teams and agent Shannon LeFevre earned Elite Awards for achieving closed sales of $50 million and above.

 • Six large teams, 13 small teams and six single agents received Diamond Awards for $25–50 million in sales.

• Five large teams, 16 small teams and 14 single agents earned Emerald Awards for $15–25 million.

• Four large teams, six small teams and 21 single agents received Platinum Awards for $10–15 million.

• 28 small teams, three large teams and 76 single agents were honored with Gold Awards for $5–10 million in sales.

Among the fi rm’s most notable 2025 transactions were:

• A Port Royal residence at 3565 Fort Charles Drive, sold for $22 million in August.

• A Port Royal residence at 950 Admiralty Parade, sold for $16,550,000 in May.

• Residences at 4377 Crayton Rd., Crayton Cove and 6958 Verde Way, Pelican Bay, each sold for $15 million in February.
