NAPLES, Fla. (December 16, 2025)— John R. Wood Christie’s International Real Estate hosted more than 325 agents and team members across two sessions of its 2025 Fall Kickoff on Nov. 11 in Naples and Nov. 13 in Bonita Springs. The annual event, designed to help associates explore new tools, engage with business-building resources and excel in the year ahead, featured 12 interactive exhibitor booths, peer-led presentations, leadership insights and a lively networking atmosphere.

The Naples event welcomed approximately 225 attendees at NABOR headquarters, while 100 attended the Bonita Springs session at Arts Bonita. In a celebratory and high-energy environment, both programs were followed by a networking happy hour featuring a live champagne dress service experience.

“As the market continues to evolve, our priority is to provide our agents with every competitive advantage possible,” said Corey McCloskey, President of John R. Wood Christie’s International Real Estate. “Annual events like these allow us to bring the latest tools, partnerships and leadership perspective directly to the field in a way that is collaborative and highly interactive, in keeping with our culture.”

This year’s format was redesigned to create an expo-style atmosphere and maximize engagement. Attendees began by visiting expo booths, moved into a central speaking and panel program mid-event and then returned to the expo floor to continue networking and further explore tools and partners. The revised layout offered deeper interaction and supported the expo’s hands-on learning focus.

The Bonita Springs event also welcomed Gavin Swartzman, president of Christie’s International Real Estate, who met with agents and delivered remarks on evolving market conditions, innovation and the brand’s strategic growth initiatives. Throughout both programs, agents engaged with exhibitor stations that provided technology, marketing solutions and service platforms designed to strengthen productivity and scale performance, including E-Campaigns, Creative Studio, Adwerx, Luxury Portfolio International, Christie’s International Real Estate and more.

“The energy was exceptional. It was exciting to see all of our agents reconnecting with colleagues, engaging with industry partners and learning more about tools to directly impact their business,” McCloskey said. “These events are designed to give our agents the resources and knowledge to grow, adapt and succeed in a shifting market.”

In addition to interactive booth content, peer-led panels and presentations offered real examples and practical strategies on how agents are using available tools to generate leads, streamline operations and strengthen client relationships. Agents were encouraged to select one to three key takeaways from the expo and commit to implementing them immediately, reinforcing the event’s focus on turning learning into measurable results.
