Audubon Country Club

Audubon Country Club

Audubon Country Club is a private gated community in North Naples distinguished by its exceptionally low-density design. Only 401 residences occupy more than 750 acres, with 28 lakes and over half the property preserved as natural open space. Located west of U.S. 41, Audubon offers custom estate homes, maintenance-free residences and condominiums across 14 individual neighborhoods.

The private club features an 18-hole golf course, clubhouse dining, swimming, fitness, tennis, pickleball, croquet, bocce and kayaking access from the community boardwalk. Golf membership is limited and separate from homeownership, while property owners are required to maintain a social club membership. For buyers searching for Audubon Country Club homes for sale in Naples, the community offers uncommon privacy, extensive natural scenery and a coastal location close to Gulf beaches and North Naples dining.
