As anyone in the real estate market knows, there are daily changes, whether in lending rates, or rules & regulations, permitting & code changes. We are keen on keeping up with changes in the market and financing, and do this through meetings with bankers and lenders, continuing education to keep ourselves abreast of best practices, and staying up to date with all Florida real estate rules.

Maureen and Erik met at their previous brokerage and have decided to combine their talents in the team spirit.  Along with regular contact, owners look forward to their “anniversary” of owning property here in sunny Southwest Florida.  Each year they receive a gift of gratitude, it might be something little, but always a big surprise to them. Maureen says “it’s the little things we do for our clients that stick with them and bring them back when it’s time to sell or buy again.” 

If needed, we also put them in contact with Bridget Vandenburgh Interiors to bring new items into their recently purchased homes or condos…or just something fun to update their space, and often to get the property ready to sell. The coastal influence is so calming here and Bridget does a great job with their interior design…or re-design!
