Keri, took the time to understood what we were looking for, what our likes and dislikes were, and gave us all the time we needed during the search process. When she found the perfect home she immediately contacted us and said I have what you are looking for at the price range you wanted. Then she was on top of all aspects of the listing, inspections and closing. Great agent.

Keri provided us some excellent comps that convinced us that we could establish a Listing Price at a higher level then we initially thought. She also recommended that the furniture, that we had hoped to sell with the home, be sold under a separate agreement to saved realtor fees and reduce the home value for the Buyer for real estate tax purposes. We accepted a contract for the home at very near the Listing Price as well as a separate agreement for the furniture ten days after the Listing went live. Since we were out of town during the Listing period, Keri personally handled every showing, providing intimate details about recent improvements. Great job. Keri is a Super Star.

Listing and selling my Naples house with John Wood Properties was an excellent experience from start to finish. The professional pictures show the property at its best. My realtor was the best - Keri Huber. Having had a very positive experience with Keri when we rented the property - I knew her enthusiasm and professionalism would help when we decided to sell.
