If you’re looking for a real estate agent that “goes above and beyond” to sell your home and help you find a new home, Keri Huber is amazing! She listens to your needs, has so much patience when selling and helping you find a new home. Her service after selling our home and after we bought a new one was beyond our expectations. She helped us with anything we needed and connected us with anyone we needed to help us settle into our new home. This was so helpful because we lived out of state. We are so happy with her service m, we have recommended her to everyone we know looking to buy or sell their home. We love our new home, but if we ever want to move, we would call Keri Huber!

Keri & the Huber Dix team were amazing to work with. They guided us through the entire house buying process and were always friendly, professional, knowledable and hard working. Since we ended up with a new build, they were with us every step of the way in dealing with our builder and other vendors and contractors. They certainly went above and beyond. They were also able to recommend various local companies to use for household reasons (i.e. pest control, home watch, insurance etc) which was so helpful as we are not from the area. We would use them again in a heartbeat and recommend them to anyone who is in need of a fantastic realty team!

Wow! It's hard to put into words what an outstanding realtor, and even more what an outstanding person Keri Huber is, as well as an amazing representative of John R. Wood Properties. I found Keri's name after a recent sale in my community of Marbella Isles and contacted her. From the very beginning she was extremely friendly, knowledgeable, enthusiastic, and passionate about working with my wife and I on the sale of our home. She is a tireless worker who does whatever is needed to ensure a stress-free experience on what is normally a very stressful event. There was not one thing I asked that she did not do. I'm a 72-year-old who has bought and sold many properties during my lifetime, and my experience with Keri was by far the best experience I have ever had - hands down!

We planned to move to Naples in a couple of months, and our chosen agent here, Jenny Parker, recommended Keri Huber from your company, an affiliate of Pinnacle in Calabasas. We quickly found that Keri was everything an agent should be: prompt, professional, smart, intuitive, and a good listener to maximize the time we spent looking at homes in Naples. She instructed us about the neighborhoods, the demographics, and where to find available necessities like food, clothing, hardware, etc. This was especially helpful considering our bags would not be retrieved for four days -- since the 3rd party for the airlines deemed it too far to travel to bring our bags. Not helpful since we were scheduled for dinner at the yacht club. Keri was also an expert on where to find what we needed. The times in the car were a blur and Keri thoughtfully repeated all information giving us time to absorb the multitude of everything special in a new land. I likened it to visiting a foreign country. But she knew the learning curve could be overpowering considering all of the areas to see and the rules and accommodations in each community. She was patient and considerate and within a few days, we stumbled on the right house for us. Since then we have never lost contact with her and her suggestions still continue after escrow has closed. This is what a consummate professional does. Starts with a warm introduction and accommodates the potential buyers to make us feel comfortable in a new land. She was as good as any real estate transaction we have ever made. Her intuition and intuitive nature suggested how to approach an offer. Without her, the offer would not have been satisfactory for the sale. She is a remarkable woman and we highly recommend her as an agent for buying or selling. We could not be more pleased with our experience. It was Keri that made us feel comfortable from the start to finish of the process and it will continue since on home has not yet been sold here, but she has recommended a person to watch the house, Utilities and other services to contact to make our transaction smooth and safe in a high humidity area.
