Barb’s service was over and above anything I had heard of or experienced with other realtors. She really did her due diligence in getting information to potential buyers and their agents and making sure everything was accurate and factual. She was always ready for a showing and met virtually every interested party at the house. She gave an honest valuation when determining our asking price and tempered my expectations when necessary. She really was patient and kind while educating me on what to expect. I cannot say enough nice things about my experience. The support and professional conduct of Ariel was quite simply fantastic. She was well organized, enthusiastic and very knowledgeable. She produced a superb video and showed the property to a massive audience. She worked well with the buyer and myself and the house was sold quite quickly. But it was her attention to every detail, her care and the fact that she checked in regularly that made a huge difference. No stress at all and a lovely person with whom to work. The whole process was smooth and I was completely satisfied. She is a gem!
