Working with Emma and the Needles Team was like having my very own Real Estate Company. Emma's attention to detail and fantastic follow up skills made working with her a dream. She spent her own time on Open Houses and sold my condo in about 3 weeks, getting me the price and accommodations I needed. Given the current market, that was a fabulous result. Mitch was amazing to work with. On every showing my wife and I went to with him he anticipated questions we had and was on the phone with listing agent getting answers before we asked the question. Paula is amazing. I was a first-time home buyer, and I'm pretty sure I drove her crazy a few times, out of ignorance of the process. But she stuck by me anyway, and consistently went the extra mile to help out. I just finished closing on the perfect condo, at a below-market price, and it's not an exaggeration to say that none of that would have been possible without Paula's help.
