My wife and I had the good fortune of being introduced to Kimberly through a friend in Chicago who is also a realtor. When we initially met her a few years ago, we were just beginning our search for our Florida home. Kimberly and her team (Hannah and Tyler) were absolutely fantastic and incredibly patient in working with us over multiple trips down to Florida as we tried to determine the right home for us. While they knew that we were not ready to buy, but to simply continue our search for just the right house in just the right location, Kimberly and her team never hesitated to spend many hours with us, showing us multiple listings which helped us to better formulate exactly what we were looking for. We never felt pressured. Kimberly and her team always made us feel comfortable even though knowing full well that we were in the information gathering phase. After a few years and multiple visits to Naples, based upon all the time spent with us and information provided by Kimberly and her team, we ultimately made the decision to purchase a new construction home in a new development in east Naples called Caymas. Without the dedication of Kimberly and her team to us as her clients, taking us to both existing listings and new developments, I can't say that we would have found and decided to purchase our home in Caymas on our own. While we have now closed on our home, we are still in contact with Kimberly and her team. They have and continue to be supportive and are still willing to answer questions that we have as we proceed through the relocation process from Chicago to Naples. I would say that she has been/is the consummate professional from the beginning of a home search to the post purchase/closing phase. In sum, whether one is looking for a full-time or seasonal residence, I would highly recommend Kimberly to anyone looking for a beautiful home in Naples. It is more than a month after my closing and Brooke and John are still helping me with my house. I have returned up north and they received furniture for me. John programmed my garage remotes! It is table stakes for a high end realtor to provide great service but they go way above and beyond!
