Lyn Reddy is, by far, an excellent real estate broker and made the process of selling our home ‘a dream’. She was always pre-empting any issues that might be problematic and gave us great advice throughout the entire process. Above all, when we were under contract, kept the process moving along to accommodate a 3-week closing period. Lyn is such an asset to John R. Fantastic - Handled all of the issues that came up with sale promptly and was able to communicate with both the seller - buyer (and their broker) - attorney and management company to get things accomplished. Highly recommend her to all!

Lyn was terrific in both getting a fair price for our old home in Interlachen as well as finding us a suitable condo in a Pelican Bay high-rise. She managed the process in a way that permitted us to understand the market while we were waiting to sell and then rapidly identifying and closing on a property that met our needs once we had our old home under contract. We were pleased to have Lyn on our side on both ends of the transaction. She understood our wishes and represented our interests throughout.
