Lyn was excellent in so many ways. She never gave up in trying to find just the right buyer for us...which she did! She regularly stayed in touch with emails and phone calls updating us each step of the way. She even took some of our stray left-behind items to Goodwill for us after we vacated our condo. We would definitely work with her again if that need arises and we would recommend her to others for sure!

Lyn is very professional and thorough when developing a package and presenting it to home buyers and sellers. She is informed and realistic about pricing and presentation of a home, both to a seller and a buyer. Lyn works hard without being outwardly zealous. She is honest and forthright with both a buyer and seller, and patient when someone needs further information or explanation of details.

Lyn Reddy is the best real estate agent we have ever worked with. She is professional, efficient and always accessible and responsive. Lyn has led three transactions for us in the past 18 months (two sales and one purchase). We appreciate that the relatively straightforward part of transactions is putting buyers and sellers together, which Lyn did very energetically and effectively, but that the really challenging part, at which she excelled, is working through the many pitfalls and details of the process from contract to closing. Lyn was constructive in finding solutions to every issue in a manner which gave us confidence that situations would be resolved and the process move forward.
