Pat was tireless in his effort to secure us a buyer and to close on a new property. He was aggressive in showing / advertising our property which resulted in a two week sale. He was spot on with his recommended sale and bid pricing. During both the sale and purchase, some issues surfaced where we thought we'd lose on both ends. Pat stepped up and handled both sides like a pro! We are very pleased to have Pat as a broker. You knew he had your back. He was honest and true to his word. I would highly recommend Pat and John R. Wood Properties to anyone. I also want to thank Denise DeGemmis (JR WOOD) who referred Pat to us. Denise was my previous broker on an earlier property. Sarah and her A Team were excellent. Sarah followed through very quickly after our initial contact at her open house. She had several residences to show us and was available for our questions. We had doubts about our selection and Sarah took time to show us our selection again. Without her patience, wisdom and caring, we would have made the biggest mistake of our lives. We have since moved into our new home and are very happy to call it home. Again, without Sarah and her faith in God, wisdom, caring, knowledge and eagerness to help we would have missed a wonderful opportunity. Her husband, Mal, was also a wonderful help and support. Wonderful Christian people and great hugs! Definitely five stars or more accurately ten stars out of five stars!

Excellent showing and description of property and community amenities at Winter Park condo. Mrs. Vitale was very friendly and knowledgeable about not only the unit for sale, but also the complex in general and answered all questions she could that evening and followed up later after checking further. Was a pleasure dealing with Lenore and John R. Wood Realty.

When I choose Todd he was my neighbor and all I heard around Reflection Lakes was positive comments about his service. Todd is so well versed on the subject of Real Estate. Plus he has excellent people skills.
