We would rate our experience five stars. Bruce Franke put forth a lot of extra effort during the sales process and showed in-depth knowledge of the business. He is highly intelligent, fun, and reassured us during some bumps in the road (not caused by him). He was instrumental in smoothing out a lot of those bumps. Jennifer and Roy were FANTASTIC: they can be counted upon to deliver on their commitments no matter what obstacles show up....I cannot recommend them highly enough! Laurie Bellico, (the buyers' agent and a member of your team) on the other hand, should be considered for termination immediately: she is damaging your firm's brand equity. Not only is she an unreasonable pain in the rear but she was duplicitous on a matter related to radon remediation - was caught in the act of twisting the truth (email chain exposed her duplicitous behavior). I have no time for people like this - I hope you don't tolerate this type of behavior in your firm.....I feel strongly enough about this to make sure you were made aware. I also own a business and would appreciate hearing about this type of character weakness in one of my employees. This sale was my 14th real estate transaction in 43 years of marriage and NEVER have I experienced an agent like Laurie Bellico and I would tell anyone who asked to steer away from her.

Teresa was absolutely instrumental in our journey to buy the property in Naples. We haven't seen the condo until the day before the closing, though we were confident we were making the right decision. Theresa used video conference and pictures to make us fall in love with the place, she was very thorough with inspecting everything. Super fast with any follow up, she helped us to make the decision in a matter if couple weeks. She took the time to fully understand our needs and wants and guided us thru the process. I will highly recommend Teresa to anyone who is interested to buy prilopeety in Naples area.

I have had the pleasure of dealing with Stacy Witthoff on several properties both on the buying and selling side and it has always been a pleasure! She is incredibly proactive and keeps you up to date every step of the way. I have referred her to relatives and friends and they too had great experiences. She knows the Naples and Marco Island Real Estate Markets like the back of her hand. I wouldn't deal with anyone else!
