Zack is a 5 star excellent realitor! He listens, advises and guides clients throughout the process. When we had questions or needed guidance, he responded quickly and with great patience. As clients we always felt supported in the process! Zack goes the extra mile for example helping to find service people for projects which need attention. We have worked with many realitors during our 50 year marriage and we both feel that Zack is the BEST! He sold both our properties in days very quickly! We have recommended him to many neighbors and friends! We have relocated to Idaho and say often how Zack has spoiled us! We met a couple here who want to retire as snowbirds to Naples. Our response, "We know an excellent realitor". He's that good and not surprising, he will get referrals even clean across the US.

Jennifer and Roy were very professional and thorough. Answered all our questions, explained every step of the process and gave us very practical advice to get our condo sold. They also guided us with Pulte who built our new home. When crunch time came to get our condo sold, they went the extra mile to contact people who had been to open houses and got our condo sold!

Over my life span I have purchased approximately 14 homes and have dealt with many realtors. However, I have never dealt with one as professional or more helpful to a client as Nelly. She went above and beyond to help us sell our property and than receive our money when it failed to get wired after closing. If I ever had a home in the Naples area I would only use Nelly. Thank you for having someone as qualified as her to represent your company.
