Annie went above and beyond in helping us find a home. She was knowledgeable, patient, and thorough in helping us find our dream home. Heather turned out to be a blessing to the Coopers. She was always a quick phone call away. When we were well into the process and were bogged down in minutia and bureaucracy, Heather knew just the right people to get things moving again. She was efficient, knowledgeable and handled any difficulty with humor and tact. We were totally satisfied with her and the sale of our house. We will certainly recommend her to our friends and neighbors in Berkshire Lakes. Heather certainly rates 5 stars.

After many moves throughout our careers, we made the move to SW Florida. Upon speaking with her, it was apparent she was knowledgeable, attentive, caring and exactly the right person we needed for the job. Her attention to detail throughout the process was something we rarely find in the business world. She dotted every i and crossed every T for us as we were out of state during the closing.
