Michelle has been working with us since we contacted her last year. I 2016 we were in the final process of buying a condo when we realized that some of the rules of the association wouldn't be beneficial for us. Michelle researched all remedies and advised that this unit wasn't for us. We continued with other options for almost a year until we found this unit. Michelle did almost all the leg work since we live in Chicago. She contacted lenders; local insurance agents; contractors,including painters,electricians and plumbers; the local subdivisions HOA as well as the developments HOA; and has overseen the progress of construction. She has calmed our nerves and has been there everytime we had a question. Other agents that we have worked with in Chicago are gone after you sign a contract but Michelle has followed through since closing to make sure this purchase will be memorable. John R. Wood Properties has an excellent sales associate representing them and should be proud having Michelle.

Judy and David were fantastic to work with and incredibly helpful in narrowing down our selection. They were gracious and made us feel very comfortable with the area. They took a lot of time and followed through on everything promptly. Judy goes above and beyond, is ultra prepared (including carrying spare light bulbs). David and Judy did not pressure us at all and were more like ambassadors for the Naples and Fort Myers area. It was a great experience and we highly recommend the Hansen Team!
