Most of my dealings were with Joanne Rathbun, who I wouldn't hesitate to refer a friend or family member to. Joanne was in constant contact. She is detail oriented (reminding me by text, phone or email of upcoming deadlines, etc.), professional, and always acted in my best interests during negotiations. And I valued her honesty when it came to the bottom line (pricing). But of equal importance to me: Joanne was fun to work with, through both the purchase of my house in May, and the sale of my condo last week. I wouldn't consider anyone but Joanne if I were to ever buy/sell again. (I tried to award 5 stars, but nothing happens when I tried to hit the button.)

This is our 4th property with Mindy in Naples. In addition, we have referred 2 customers to her from Chicago. Always a true professional, and goes out of her way to accommodate us. She will even check on our properties from time to time, and let us know if anything needs attention! Mindy has become a great friend over the years, and we will continue to do business with her, as well as refer anyone we can to her!!

Joe sold my home quickly, looked after it before and after the hurricane. He was extremely helpful in the closing process and followed up with me afterwards to be sure all my needs were met. Joe went above and beyond my expectations. In my book he is a 5 star realtor.

Michelle was professional, organized and friendly right from the get-go. She came very prepared to our initial meeting before I even hired her. She had a comprehensive presentation that was very informative and gave me the confidence that she was a hard worker and experienced. She tackled the big and little questions and was always ahead of something before it became an issue. She gave us good advice at every turn and it resulted in a very quick sale of our condo at a very good price in the middle of the summer! We were extremely pleased with her efforts and the ultimate result!
