There are not enough words of appreciation to truly express how thankful that I am to have met David Urban (and his sweet and very helpful wife, Kim) at an Open House. The Open House Unit was not what I was looking for so he immediately set up condos for me to see based on what I had expressed I was looking for including the amenities in addition to the specs of the condo....He showed me great units and once I saw Pelican Preserve,, which they recommended to me, which met my needs, I was sold.....David "won" out over two other Real Estate people who had been recommended to me because of his great work ethic as he was constantly in touch with me via phone, text or in person......always helpful but never pushy. There wasn't anything that he (and his wife) wouldn't have helped me with and I feel (and hope) that I have two new friends as they are exactly the kind of people that I would want as my new Florida friends....I am very thankful!

We used John R. Wood in 2017 to purchase a villa in Naples. This real estate agency provided very professional and prompt service and we had a very positive experience with the company and our realtor. Two years ago, we started looking to acquire a larger house and we used John R. Wood again and as expected all went well. Our realtor (Mr. Blair White) was very professional and quite patient as it took us two years to find the property that would meet our needs. Blair was always responsive and provided valuable information to assist with our decision making process. We enjoyed working with him and now are in our new home.
