Linda is the consummate professional. She understands the Real Estate market and business in Florida very well. She always followed through on any requests that I had during this transaction. Working through an IRA Custodian is somewhat complex and generally takes longer than a normal transaction. Linda was able to navigate through the process and explain to the Seller what was happening on our end. This is the second transaction I have worked with Linda and I am very pleased with her professionalism and her commitment to me as her customer. Dave

Christina is a great associate she was very patient with my wife and myself and helped us find the perfect property here in Florida. Judy, Dave and Curt were amazing in all steps of the sale of my home. Prior to listing, they made many suggestions as to how best to prepare the home so it looked it’s best for potential buyers. Outstanding experience with Albie, who far exceeded our expectations! He was a true PROFESSIONAL Realtor, who kept us constantly apprised of all aspects of our pending and final sale and was available to show our unit to the buyers, when we were out of town. My wife and I would recommend him to anyone needing a high caliber realtor and have actually forwarded his card to others at Harborside West. The sale closed at the asking price, at record time and Albie accompanied us to the closing attorney's office at the final passing. He also worked well with the buyers realtor, also from John R.
